Thesis for competition Ph.D degree in the Physics and Mathematics, specialization 01.05.02 - mathematical modeling and computing methods. - National Yurii Fed'kovich University, Chernivtsi, 2007. In the dissertation problems of practical stability and optimization of dynamics of systems with change of the phase space measurability are considered. Theorems of practical stability of systems with change of phase space measurability without stimulations and with constantly operating stimulations are formulated and proved. It is proved constructive criteria of practical stability of linear systems with change of the phase space measurability without stimulations and with constantly operating stimulations. It is proved the theorem about a general view of a gradient of not differentiated criterion of quality according to parameters on trajectories of systems with change of thephase space measurability. It is constructed iterative procedures of parametrical minimization of function of a maximum according to initial data on decisions of dynamic systems with change of the phase space measurability. It is developed a technique, it is applied to modeling of optimum dynamics of the charged particles and definition of optimum parameters of considered systems.
