Essay

An object is a metal, hardfaced standard surfacing materials, alloys in experimental production of systems Fe-C-Cr and Fe-C-Cr-Mn; the purpose is development out surfacing materials with high ability to hardening of a surface of a friction and wearing high ability in the conditions of abrasive wear process at sufficient operational reliability of the reinstate details; methods - optical microscopy, X-ray and durometer the assaying, tests of resistibility of materials to abrasive wear process; novelty - laws of change of ability to hardening and wearing high ability in the conditions of abrasive wear process of alloys of system Fe-C-Cr in carbide-free a condition, depending on phase and a chemical compound are investigated; result - are developed wearproof surfacing the materials providing mainly carbide-free austenitic structure with high ability to hardening at abrasive wear process; industry is processing and manufacturing of products from abrasive weights.
