The problems of the methods and tools development for information system's uninterruptable operation based on the approaches of survivability theory are carried out. Continuous system of the measures was proposed which are mandatory to be fulfilled on every stage of the system's lifecycle. Tools and methods for building of the unified survivability ensuring system were developed. This system is applicable to the wide range of the modern information systems.
