Kuchanskaya L. Thesis and system of the crimes against morality under Criminal Law of the Ukraine.

This thesis is the first complex research of the crime against morality on the system level. In consequence of that have proposal of the decision of line thesis, theoretic, practice questions and except this formulate recommendations for legislative corrections, as system of this crimes in full around and some elements, i.e. concrete structures of the crimes, with aims of the removal definite crossing their symptoms another crimes and right delimitation of structure crimes against morality contiguous structures. It was researching history of the standing and development criminal legislative of the Ukraine about crimes against morality, analyzes this group of the crimes in comparative and legal flatness on the basis show up some shortage, lacuna and collisions real Criminal Code of the Ukraine. Have proposals generic object of the crimes under articles 297-304 Criminal code of the Ukraine as moral foundation of the society and also classification this group of the crimes.
