Object of research - management an enterprise. The purpose of research - improvement of evaluation of efficiency of management an enterprise. Methods of research and the equipment - methods of comparison, groupments and integration, structurally-logical analysis, method of expert estimation. Theoretical results and novelty - the category of management efficiency is studied; general conception of complex evaluation of efficiency of management an enterprise is formulated; the method of quantitative estimation of external efficiency of management is grounded; composition of factors which influence on efficiency of management is improved; classification of types of management efficiency is improved; the system of indexes of estimation of efficiency of management an enterprise is improved. Practical outcomes and novelty - procedure of complex evaluation of efficiency of management an enterprise; procedure of evaluation of efficiency of management an enterprise software. A degree of an implementation - scientific positions are discussed on 8 conferences, published in 19 scientific works and inculcated on 3 enterprises. A sphere of the use is enterprises of machine-building and metallurgical industries.
