On the basis of the current national and international legislature in the sphere of social protection, scientific views of scholars the context of the key term-notions in the system of social protection and their correlation; the legal nature of the individual's rights to social protection, its context, amount and limits have been defined; the complex view of the notion and system of the legal guarantees in the individual's rights to social protection has been formulated.
