The thesis is dedicated to the research in questions of investment processes in agro-industrial complex management of theoretical, methodological and applied character. For this purpose the author amplifies the definition of investment process conception then grounds its necessity and also consideres theoretical principles of investment processes in agro-industrial complex in the context of national economy regional division. In this regard the use of complex approach to investment climate estimation concerning particular fields regional of agro-industrial complex is offered. The condition and tendencies of investment processes in agro-industrial complex of Vinnytsia region are analyzed and the level of their management is evaluated. The author has formed the organizational and economic mechanism of regional investment processes in agro-industrial complex and examines the criteria of regional investment policy in agro-industrial complex monitoring regarding the principle of social liability of economyagents and ecologically clean production. The author has created organizational structure of investment processes management in agro-industrial complex of Vinnytsia region, has determined and substantiated the need in investment resources, according to potential possibilities of regional market of food produce development, and has also developed economic-mathematical pattern of regional investment processes in agro-industrial complex using theories of indistinct logics.
