Organization and activity methods of private property management subjects of South Ukraine region and AR Krimea in green tourism industry. Basing on complex study of conditions and realization peculiarities of entrepreneurial activity in green tourism industry to discover possible ways of organization and accounting and control conducting for management subjects of this industry. Methods: induction, deduction, abstraction, analogies, comparisons, analytic research, grouping, comparing of theoretical and empiric material. It was substantiated and offered approaches to organization and bookkeeping of entrepreneurs, realizing activity in sphere of green tourism. A suggestions essence consists in criterions development of accountancy form choosing, in improvement of existent discount registers and inculcation of new, application of which provides drawing up of financial accounts, in forming of suggestions concerning taxing optimization and realization of differentiated approach to taxing of village farmsteads, determination of directions, parameters and organizational regulations of state control for development of green tourism in Ukraine, and also in determination of objects and peculiarities of inventory making methods.
