The subject of investigation are the innovation processes of machine-building enterprises. The objectives of investigation are the development of theoretical issues methodical and practical recommendations in perfection of innovation processes of machine-building enterprises management. Methods of investigation are comparison, systematization and generalization, statistical analysis, abstractive method, forming, concretization, induction and deduction. Methodological recommendations on complex evaluation of basic and additional innovation processes have been made for the first time. The methodological recommendations on evaluation of interest rate values, which machine-building enterprises should pay for the credit resources, and are necessary for innovative realization, have been improved. The subject and classification of innovative processes in machine-building enterprises and of factors, that influence the essence of innovation processes management have been developed further, as much as the modelsof creation and realization of management decisions in innovation processes, and the rules of forming, selection, approvement and realization of management decisions; the principles of innovation processes management. The results were introduced into the activity of executive authorities, building-machine enterprising, as well as educational process. Management of innovation processes is the sphere of usage.
