The object - a sugar-beet subcomplex; the purpose - development of theoretical and methodical recommendations in relation to the improvement of organizationally economic mechanism of increase of efficiency of sugar-beet subcomplex; the methods - systems approach, dialectical, statistical groupings, comparisons, and mathematical methods; the new approaches - determination of concept is first given, and the model of the organizationally economic providing of functioning of sugar-beet subcomplex is developed; the results - suggestions are used in the Ternopil region and recommendations sent in Ministries of economy, agrarian policy, finances; the fields - AIC.
