Essay

The object of the study is process of the agricultural land market formation in Ukraine. The purpose of the study: elaboration and substantiation of organization and economic mechanism of formation and function of domestic agricultural land market and proposals about its legislative adjusting. The methods of the study: dialectical, system approach, statistical and economic, graphic, in abstract-logical, analysis and syntheses, induction and deduction, grouping, correlation and regressive analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the proposals of the thesis will promote the introduction and efficient operation of the agricultural land in market in Ukraine. Scientific novelty is concluded in grounding of the organization and economic mechanism of the agricultural land market formation. First it is elaborated the organization and economical mechanism of the agricultural land market formation, which displays the structural chain between its components; improved the legislative norms of the land market problems, which should regulate its creation, operation and regulations; offered the ways of the hypothec land relations development improvement; founded the further development the motivation of the categories "Land market" as a system of organization and economic, legal, social relations between market participants. The degree of the introduction: the results of the thesis are used at the state organizations and research institutions. Efficiency: recommendations and proposals will promote the agricultural land market formation. The sphere, range of using: legislative and executive authorities, enterprises, scientific institutions.
