In work on the basis of epidemiological monitoring and the carried out research the comparative characteristic of indexes of a case rate of organs of digestion at children is introduced, has been studied and analysed breaking of a mineral homeostasis in the conditions of endemic insufficiency of iodine at children of two geochemical regions mountinous and lowmoor district of the Zakarpatye area, and also defined breaking mineral homeostasis as one of possible risk factors of development of diseases of the upper departments of a digestive tube. By us are proved authentic advantages of stage-by-stage treatment-and-prophylactic correction infringements of the mineral homeostasis at children with chronic gastroduodenitis being based on the comparative characteristic of data of research of two investigated and control groups of children. We developed the computer program for carrying out nutritive-pharmacological correction of breaking of mineral homeostasis at a children's contingent with chronic gastroduodenitis in the conditions of an endemia on iodine insufficiency.
