Essay

Processes, manage information-technological enterprises functioning and development. Development and scientific base organizational-administrative model of information-technological enterprises as a core tool kit for providing its sustainable functioning. Scientific and special methods, allowing to decide the problem tasks of select research direction system, namely: methods of system analysis, historical and logical deductive, supervision and comparison, expert methods, methods of generalization, statistical and economic analysis, functional-structured modeling, organizational-administrative diagnostics. The organizational-administrative model of information-technological enterprise, consist of four base elements ("Core activities", "Activities, which support core realization", "Activities, which determine a market conduct and development", "Structural unit") in their functional-structured intercommunication and correlation, is scientifically grounded. The of principle structure of information-technological enterprise's integrated management information system is developed in relation to the organizational and methodical providing of its introduction. Theoretical, methodical and applied areas of designing and providing information-technological enterprise' organizational-administrative model. The methodical, organizational recommendations concerning introduction of the software product developer's organizational-administrative model are used. Domestic enterprises that develope software products, educational process.
