In present dissertation comprehensive research of the problem criminal law protection of power and civil authorities, that protects public order, has conducted. It is proven that bodies of crime in articles 342, 345, 348, 349, 350 of criminal code are formed by law using typical law construction; general objective and subjective properties, that included by this construction, was researched. The specifications of particular crimes against public authorities have defined. Study conducts a system analysis of sanction in corresponding articles and finds regularities in process of their construction. Suggestions concerning improvement criminal legislation of Ukraine and practice of its application have developed.
