Mazur G. Social-economic problems of the rural area development and the ways of their solution (regional aspect)

Research object: processes, that lie in the basis of socio-economic development of village of the Winnitca region. The purpose of scientific research: theoretical ground of methodical bases and practical tasks of socio-economic development of village. Research methods: abstract-logical, computation-structural, correlation, factor analysis, expert estimation, ranging, prognostication. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical-methodical approaches in relation to organization of the effective functioning and development of social sphere of village are worked. Approach in relation to the improvement of rural socio-economic sphere system-having a special purpose is offered. The scientific novelty: integral estimation of socio-economic development of rural territories is carried out, the strategic purposes of state policy in relation to development of rural territories are improved. Forming and functioning of rural settler network is grounded, necessity of functioning of objects of the social setting on the market beginning due to the increase of solvent demand. Degree of introduction: scientific developments are accepted to introduction by Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, Umanskim state agrarian university, headquarters of agroindustrial development and financial headquarters of Winnitca regional state administration. Efficiency: the offered developments can be used for the analysis of level of economic development and level of social infrastrukturi of village. Sphere, sector of use: higher educational establishments, state establishments.
