Essay

The theses concerns the study of specific features of the neuromuscular transmission of children with different clinical forms of bedwetting. Clinical importance of the surface stimulation electromyography method is justified and three stage algorithm for diagnostics of neuromuscular transmission dysfunction considering neurologic status is developed. Investigation of urodynamics of urinary tracts of children with bedwetting is carried out and specific features of their dysfunctions depending on clinical forms are established. Advantages of uroflowmetry method by daily monitoring are confirmed for diagnostics of hidden dysfunction of urinary tracts and control with the dynamics of main parameters at bedwetting. Diagnostic test with metronome by biofeedback method on the basis of uroflowmetry is developed. This diagnostic test is proved to be necessarily used at all clinical forms of bedwetting for determination of the state of muscle of pelvic floor, characteristics of obstruction of urinary tracks andevidence of detruzor- sphincter dyssinergy.
