Developments of export opportunities of the enterprise. Elaboration of theoretical and methodical bases and management's tools for development of enterprise's potential for exportation, and also practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of its use enterprises of milk - processing industry of Ukraine. Methods of abstraction, comparison, the analysis and synthesis, formalization, modelling, interpolation, extrapolation, an index method of the statistical analysis, methods of measurement and an estimation of potential of the enterprises. The algorithm of a substantiation for strategy to develop the enterprise's potential for exportation is offered as well as component of organizational and economic mechanism which basis on the principle of definition the purposes and the means of development entered in an existential continuum; components of management's process by development of an export potential and principles of control system according to perspective models for development of enterprise's potential for exportation are determined, it is proved criteria and parameters to control the efficiency of introduction the models for development the export potential in practice of managing domestic enterprises of milk - processing industry. Recommendations concerning increase of efficiency the development of enterprise's potential for exportation and improvement of a control system by it on the basis of an estimation tendency and modelling the development of an export potential are introduced.
