Economic diagnosticating of the crisis state and threats of bankruptcy of machine-building enterprise. The purpose of work consists in the improvement of theoretical positions and development of methodical recommendations in relation to diagnostics of the crisis state and risk of bankruptcy of enterprise. Research methods is a method of analysis of the systems, design, optimization abstracting and generalization. The method of authentication of the crisis state of machine-building enterprise is developed, methodical recommendations from the estimation of parameters of the crisis state of machine-building enterprise. Diagnosticating of the crisis state and threats of bankruptcy of enterprise is improved by development of optimum model of diagnostics. The "crisis state of enterprise" and methodological providing of diagnostics of the crisis state and threat of bankruptcy of enterprise obtained subsequent development of concept by combination of conception of life cycle and estimation of potential possibilities of development of enterprise. The sphere of the use is an anticrisis management an industrial enterprise.
