Golovakhina L. Mathematical models and technical means for the renewal of the complex systems serviceability planning and control

The dissertation is devoted to an actual scientific problem solution - the increasing of the organization effectiveness problems solutions that are taken in the organizing control of the organization material - technical base thanks to using the mathematical models and technical means. The analysis of existing approaches for solving the organization material and technical base control problem is carried out. The mathematical model and algorithms of planning the processes of the organization material-technical base repair and development are offered. The models of the resources distribution at the strongly centralized systems, the mathematical models of the multi-criterion decision choice and the models of the resources distribution at the system with a weak centralization are developed. The test modeling and discussion of the results that gave an opportunity to realize and introduce the developed models into the Radioelectronics University material - technical base organization control is offered.
