Essay

Dissertation is devoted to development of the systems of medical measures on optimization of development of children with the perinatalnim defeat of the central nervous system from mothers with placenta insufficiency on the stages of progredientnogo flow. The patogeneticheskoe value of beta-endorfina is studied and neopterina, as indexes of the adaptation system and the inclusion in the complex of medical measures at new-born is grounded preparation of tiotriazolina. The analysis of the pathological states and remote consequences is conducted, that develop at the children born with a cerebral ischemia from mothers with PN. The features of ehograficheskih displays at new-born with GIP TSNS depending on a presence or absence of placenta insufficiency are analysed (PN). It is shown, that the presence of kistoznih educations in the periventrikulyarnoy region of lateral ventricles and periventrikulyarnogo fibroza is formed more frequent at new-born, the mothers of which in anamnesis had PN. The analysed dynamics of beta-endorfina and neopterina in a blood depending on a heavy cerebral ischemia. The shown informing of neopterina, as a diagnostic criterion of exposure of presence of vnutriutrobnoy infection. On the basis of the exposed violations the expedience is grounded that is proved kliniko-patogeneticheskaya efficiency of the use in the complex of medical measures in new-born tiotriozolina.
