Tataryn N. The regulation of Fund Market Development in Ukraine

The dissertation to the problems of formation and development of the stock market of Ukraine is dedicated. The essence and meaning of the stock market for the state economy are ascertained, the directions of financial restructuring, the problems of improving the mechanisms of functioning and regulating the stock market of Ukraine are cleared up, the role of the stock market in the process of developing market relations in Ukraine is grounded and the directions for increasing its stabilizing influence on the economy are determined. The methods of forming adequate regulatory and legal basis, the increase of institutional quality of stock market instruments, the perfecting of institutional structure of the stock market are ascertained in the investigation, the tendencies and prospects of developing the stock market of Ukraine considering the world experience in the given field are outlined.
