Zin'ko N. Perfection of bank and non-bank financing of innovative activity in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical and methodological bases of financing of innovative activity in Ukraine and the countries of the world, development of methodical and practical recommendations concerning activization of bank and non-bank funding of innovative activity in Ukraine. Theoretical positions of financing of innovative activity and classification of innovative projects are investigated and specified in work; the review of legal regulation in the given sphere is carried out and directions of improvement of the current legislation are certain; world experience of financing of innovative activity is analysed and the role of bank crediting in it is determined. Main problems are certain and the author's concept of development of bank and non-bank funding of innovative activity in Ukraine is offered in the dissertation; methodical and practical aspects of an estimation credit are investigated Also the author's model of their quantitative estimation and on this basis - definitions of the innovative project's credit rate is proposed; a number of actions of decrease in credit risks under innovative projects is offered; organizational bases of the state stimulation of bank crediting of innovative activity are formulated.
