Meda N. Financial Strategy of Development of Bank in the Conditions of Strengthening of Competition

Dissertation work is devoted to development of theoretical bases methodical approaches and practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of processes of forming and realization of financial strategy of development of bank. It is in-process investigational maintenance and economic essence of financial strategy of development of bank; classification of financial strategies of development of bank is offered after the level of risk of strategic financial decisions, functional criterion, stage of development of bank, competition position in business, method of achievement of competitive edges. Research of financial activity of domestic banks is conducted and selected basic directions of financial strategies of development, banks inherent to the separate groups pursuant to classification of NBU. It is found out influence of financial strategies of development on efficiency of bank activity. The method of reengineering financial business-processes of bank establishment is offered, improved the process of management by the bank risks.
