Privalko T. Accounting-statistic sources from the nobility's history of the Left-bank Ukraine of the end XIX - beginning of the XX centuries.

Dissertation is devoted to the analysis of accounting-statistic sources from the nobility's history of the Left-bank Ukraine of the end XIX - beginning of the XX centuries. Features, that define belonging to the Left-bank nobility have been determined, influence of the level of their accuracy and quality of accounting has been clarified. A process of sources formation and functioning in fields of demographic, agrarian, industrial, educational and legal statistics has been observed. Systems analysis between accounting and statistic sources has been realized, and it was defined what institutions and persons have been concerned with their origination. Normative documents, regulating the formation of statistic information, methods of its collecting, control, processing, saving and reporting have been investigated. A from and content of separate sources, accuracy of fixation in them of a state feature have been analyzed. On the grounds of a source study analysis conclusions have been made as to the level ofaccounting and statistic sources. Examination them as a complex can give a possibility to define their convenience for studies of the history of nobility of the Left-bank Ukraine. A technology of using an electronic database has been defined as one of the most optimum methods of a complex use of the sources explored. A project of a base has been developed, and variants of its structure, methods of bringing in notes, preventive measures as to the presence of doubtful information have been offered.
