. Research object: socio-economic relations which becoming and functioning of the personal peasant economies is in. Research purpose: development of theoretic-methodical and applied aspects of becoming and efficiency of development of the personal peasant economies, and also ground of suggestions, in relation to co-operation of the personal peasant economies and their transformation in new effective organizationally production structures in a different economy. Methods: abstractly logical, monographic, graphic, statistic-economical, sociometrical, analysis of the systems and compara-tive. Theoretical and practical results: the scientific value of the results consists in providing of decision of important scientific tasks of increase efficiency of functioning of the personal peas-ant economies on the basis of their transformation in the new organizational formings of enterprise type. The practical value of the results consists in that their application will allow to promote efficiency of agricultural production on the basis of transforma-tion of the personal peasant economies. Scientific novelty: the author chart of transformation of the personal peasant economies is first developed in other organizational-type structures and creations of economic associations on the basis of their co-operation, classification of factors of devel-opment of the personal peasant economies is specified, the me-thodical going is improved near organization of sociological inspections of the personal peasant economies, purchased subse-quent of many-sided attendant cooperative development of sug-gestion from adjusting of the investment and credit -financial providing of development of the personal peasant economies on the basis of increase of their competitiveness due to deepening of specialization and increase of level of marketability; organiza-tionally economic principles of forming of infrastructure of the personal peasant economies, above all things due to creation stores. Degree of introduction: research results are accepted for introduction Main administration of agroindustrial development of Lvov regional state administration, managements of agroindus-trial development of Zhovkivskoi and Yavorivskoi state administration departments. Efficiency: results of researches are the scientifically grounded instrument and can be used for national and regional program of development of the personal peasant economies and their trans-formation development in the large agricultural structures of en-terprise type, improvement of socio-economic development of village and increase of standard of living of villagers.
