Object of research: processes of management by payments of large metallurgical complex. Purpose of research: development of mechanisms of effective pay policy of large metallurgical complex, providing achievements of high level of his solvency and finan-cial stability taking into account the strategic aims of development. Methods of research: economic and mathematical design; economic dynamics; systems analysis and synthesis; statistical analysis of economic indicators; specialized methods of the financial plan-ning and management by financial streams; methods of development of perspective information technologies. Results: conception of synthesis of mechanisms of ef-fective pay policy of LMC; mechanisms of manage-ment by payments of LMC at levels of strategic and operative management; model of current payments of LMC; mechanism of functioning of management in-formation by payments of LMC. Novelty: the concept of mechanism of effective pay policy is first certain as the systems of methods and case frames by payments of LMC; conception of synthesis of mechanisms of effec-tive pay policy is first developed; the mechanisms of management by payments of LMC are first developed at levels of strategic and operative management; model of current payments of LMC is improved; the mechanism of functioning of management information by payments of LMC is improved.
