Object of research: processes of functioning of financial mechanism of management by activity of en-terprises of water-sewage economy. Purpose of re-search: development of complex of methods of realiza-tion of financial mechanism of corporate management by the enterprises of water-sewage economy as by the difficult socio-economic system, financial result and efficiency of the use of resources of such enterprises directed on growth. Methods of research: systems approach, methods of logical and empiric cognition, methods of economic-mathematical design, financial mathematics methods of support of decision-making and management by databases and knowledges. Results: the methodological ground of essence of cate-gory is the "financial mechanism of corporate manage-ment"; conception of forming of effective financial mechanism of corporate management by the enterprise of water-sewage economy; method of management by the isolated subdivisions of water-sewage complex on the base of principles of financial self-organisation; simulation model of management by the financial streams of water-sewage enterprise; complex of re-quirements and chart of organization of processes of providing of processes of management by the financial resources of enterprise informative and of communica-tion.
