Object of research: processes of management by financially-economic activity of enterprise of WPS. Purpose of research: increase of efficiency of the sys-tem of financial management of enterprise of WPS due to development and improvement of mechanisms of management by the financial, material and labors re-sources of enterprise, optimization of processes of fi-nancially-economic activity, decline of general ex-penses increase of cooperativeness and exactness of treatment of accounting information. Methods of re-search: systems analysis, controlling, economic-mathematical design; technology is a client-server, re-engineering, object-oriented approach. Results: concep-tion of organization of the system of financial manage-ment of enterprise of WPS; complex of mechanisms of financial management of enterprise of WPS and their eco-nomic-mathematical models; structure of the information-analitical system of support of the accepted decisions in the system of financial management of enterprise of WPS; methodsof the re-engineering control system by the enter-prise of WPS. Novelty: first developed: conception of organization of the system of financial management of enterprise of WPS; mechanism of minimization of ac-count receivable of enterprises of WPS; further devel-opment was got: system of budgeting of enterprise of WPS; mechanisms of forming and adjusting of tariffs on services of water supply and overflow-pipe; meth-ods of the re-engineering control system of enterprise of WPS; improved: information-analitical system of support of the accepted decisions in the system of fi-nancial management of enterprise of WPS. Field of the use: level of enterprises.
