The Purpose of Dissertation is a substantiation of theoretic-methodical foundations of the executive system dataware and practical recommendation development, directed on increasing of the machine-building enterprises work efficiency. The Object of the study is a process of the executive system dataware of machine-building enterprises at present. The Subject of the study presents theoretical and practical aspects of the improvement of the system dataware of the machine-building enterprises' management process. For the first time: the scheme of the executive system dataware of enterprises on basis of the application for the concepts of the new system designing has been offered; three-dimensional model of information flows, which are characterized by the information type, its source, information recipient and the document, that contains information, has been designed. Have been advanced: tool of forming the executive system dataware of enterprises; the methodical bases of the executive system of enterprises' optimization with the help of functional diagram of functions dispatch (the diagram FAST). Have been got the further development: conceptual-categorial device on determination of the economic sense of information, information flow, executive system dataware of industrial enterprises; the organizational model of the methodical approaches forming to determination of the most efficient passing of the information flow on base of the models of the transport problem of the linear programming for each type of the information flow.
