Object: process of forming and realization the system of project management on the enterprises-producers of the metal construction. Object: theoretical and methodical providing of processes of forming and functioning of economic mechanism of project management on the enterprises-producers of the metal construction. Research methods: dialectical, logical, analytical, abstract-logical, design, groupment, expert estimations, decomposition, network planning. First: it is offered to consider a project as process of forming of innovates; the mechanism of intercrosses communication of quality management is developed on production as structural part of project management. It is improved: notion-category vehicle of theory of project management; notion is a "economic mechanism"; principles of development of economic mechanism are definite; notion is the "economic mechanism of project management".
