Kustrich L. The establishment of agricultural enterprises at a post-reform stage of the development (based on the materials of Cherkasy region)

Research object is an aggregate of organizational, social and economic processes and mechanisms of post reform development of agricultural enterprises of different legal forms of the Cherkasy area. The purpose of research is development of theoretic-methodological and scientifically-applied bases of increase of socio-economic effectiveness of agricultural enterprises development on the stage of their becoming as effectively functioning production-economic structures. Methods: in an abstract manner-logical; statistic-economic; groupings and comparisons; graphic; monographic; analysis of the systems; economic-mathematical design. Theoretical and practical results: applying in industry of the got results will assist the increase of socio-economic effectiveness of agricultural enterprises activity in a region, they can be used for development of the regional programs of development of agrarian sphere, improvement of public financial and skilled policy in relation to agricultural enterprises, revival and further development of social infrastructure sat down. Scientific novelty: first: the post reform stage of agricultural enterprises development as unity of three stages is considered: initial, becoming and assertions, their descriptions of essences are grounded, finding criteria to each of them signs of the next stage; improved: method of estimation of the financial-economical state of agricultural enterprises of different legal forms. At all individual features of development each of them, all operating in the Cherkasy area agricultural enterprises, in the basis, are characterized in a number of general lines: in every group next to effectively operating agricultural enterprises greater part is comparative, which as yet are unable to provide the conduct of production activity at necessary for the effective functioning level; swingeing majority of agricultural enterprises tests large complications with development of social sphere; at certain losses by enterprises the last years directly production and skilled-administrative potential possibilities of his revival and strengthening are kept in them; got further development: positions in relation to the necessity of economic mechanism improvement of agricultural enterprises functioning and providing of the concerted (balanced) display all his component (elements). All of them must operate in the expressly set direction with an orientation on achievement of ultimate goal and tasks. Only at that rate it is possible to count enterprises on effective work. Degree of introduction: the results of dissertation are inculcated in the economies of the Cherkasy area.
