Мета дисертації - is theoretical ground and development of practical principles of the use of the special knowledges as the important element of method of investigation of crimes which trench upon intellectual ownership rights. Методи дослідження - method of systems analysis, comparatively-legal, legalistically-logical, sociological methods, statistical . Наукова новизна - first taking into account author approach the exposed organizationally-tactical principles of the use of the special knowledges in judicial and not judicial forms during investigation of crimes which trench upon intellectual ownership rights; complex theoretical positions legal frameworks and organizational principles of activity of subjects of the use of the special knowledges are considered during investigation of crimes which trench upon intellectual ownership rights.
