Об'єкт дослідження - is the relations which arise up in the field of legal defense of judicial independence and independence of investigator. Мета дисертації - is the decision of principles of legal defense of judicial independence and independence of investigator, findpath perspective his improvement, and also formulation of recommendations in relation to effective realization of pre-trial investigation. Методи дослідження - is statistical, legalistically-logical, system-structural, sociological, sociological, comparatively-legal. Наукова новизна - first certainly the modern state of legal defense of judicial independence and independence of investigator, perspective directions of his providing are outlined; improved formulation of categories "judicial independence" and "judicial independence" of investigator; decision of maintenance of guarantees of legal defense of judicial independence and independence of investigator, criteria of their classification. Практичне значення - is the formulated positions conclusions and suggestions is used in practical activity and in an educational process. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - is the improvement of current legislation of Ukraine (46/35 from May, 25, 2007); practical activity of organs of pre-trial investigation of Ukraine (act of introduction in practice of HID MIA of Ukraine 13/6-647 from September, 21, 2006) and educational process (act of introduction of the Kievan national university of internal affairs from September, 28, 2006) (act of introduction of the Kirovograd law institute of the Kharkov national university of internal affairs from October, 6, 2006).
