Volkova I. The Formation of Export Potentials of the AIC Milk Subcomplex

The object of research: the process of forming the AIC milk subcomplex export potential. The aim of research: working out and substantiating the theoretical and methodological aspects, scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of the milk subcomplex export potential. The method of research: abstract-logical, analysis and synthesis, statistic and economic, monographic, opinion Polls, calculation and constructive, correlation and regression analysis. The theoretical and practical results: scientific results formulated in the thesis, conclusions obtained and recommendations can be used for developing organizational and economic methods of increasing the milk subcomplex operation efficiency, as well as for improving the mechanisms of the formation and realization of the AIC milk subcomplex export potential. The application of the research results in milk-processing enterprises will contribute to increasing their export potentials. The scientific novelty: it is for the first time that the methods of the integral assessment of the export potentials of the milk-processing enterprise, which make it possible to determine the level of the enterprise readiness to start export deliveries or extend their volume with respect to the market conjuncture. More precise definitions were given to the essence of the enterprise export potentials, the effects of the complex of economic, organizational, legal and administrative methods of the state regulation of milk processing enterprise export activities. Further proposals were given as for determining the regional peculiarities of the milk subcomplex operation and the factors hampering its formation and export potential realization; substantiating the expediency of attracting the three components of the milk subcomplex to the formation of its export potentials; developing the program of the milk subcomplex export potential realization. The degree of application: the research results are recommended for implementation in the Central Department of Economy and theCentral AIC Department of Zhytomyr Oblast State Administration and the State Agroecological University. Efficiency: the research results provide the concepts of forming and realization the AIC milk subcomplex export potentials.The sphere of application: the central departments of economy and agroindustrial development, higher educational institutions and milk-processing enterprises.
