Balynska O. Verbal Behaviorism in the Activity of the Internal Affairs Bodies: philosophic-legal aspect

This thesis is the first (in the Ukrainian legal sciences) systematic scientific summarizing of general theoretical principles of the methodology essence of verbal behaviorism in the activity of internal affairs bodies. Definitions are offered and systematic analysis of concept, principles, methods, and means of verbal behaviorism as one of the main methodologies of law consciousness formation and lawful behavior of law enforcement worker in the context of modern philosophical-law conceptions are carried out. Legal relations, legal communication, legal behavior are considered from the point of view of verbal behavior, hermeneutic and philosophy of legal communication. The thesis has practical value for formation of the legal consciousness and appropriate behavior of law enforcement worker as well as for philosophical-legal understanding of this process
