Mahmoud S. Respiratory distress-syndrome of newborns with very small mass of body (prophylactic, clinic, treatment).

The dissertation is dedicated to the actual problem of modern neonatology - the improvement of prophylactic and treatment of respiratory distress-syndrome in newborns with very small mass of body. For the first time frequency of respiratory distress-syndrome in newborns of different gestation age in obstetric hospital of big city has been defined taking into account respiratory distress-syndrome as a separate nosologic disease of bronchopulmonary system of newborns. Prenatal risk factors which contribute to development of respiratory distress-syndrome in newborns with very small mass of body have been determined: high parity of pregnancy, mother's chronic infection diseases, endocrine pathology, inflammation diseases of reproductive system, threat of abortion. The relationship between development and current of respiratory distress-syndrome in newborns with very small mass of body with a low estimation on Apgar scale, high activity of intensiveness of peroxide oxidation of lipids, acidic fraction of nucleinic acids, low concentration of common protein, low indexes of intensiveness of oxidation modification of proteins has been determined. Methodic of correction of surfactant failure in newborns with very small mass of body with respiratory distress-syndrome by means of exogenous surfactant Sukrym endotracheal entering has been improved and developed scientifically.
