Yanchevskyy R. Regulation of Dumping import of agrifood products to Ukraine in terms of WTO accessio

The results of the complex analysis of theoretical, methodical and methodological ways of state management of export-import activity in agriculture of Ukraine are stated. The essence, reasons and forms of dumping in foreign trade activity practice are determined. Exclusion rules of counteraction against unfair competition over foreign producers hand on domestic markets by the most developed countries experience are generalized. Contemporary approach to evaluate the effectiveness of antidumping measures use in foreign trade is reflected. Based on results of implemented research the threatening situation on domestic agrifood market on unfair import hand of some agricultural product prices that could be suspected as dumping is arisen. Also, presence and using necessity of antidumping duty on chicken import are proved. The effect of antidumping duty use through re-distribution of common surplus is fixed. Recommendation for further improvement of unfair import regulation of agrifood products and normativelylegal providing of antidumping procedures in Ukraine joining WTO are treated
