The object of research - The system of national guarantee of the foreign investment in mechanical engineering. The aim of research - development of a scientific-methodical foundation and substantiation of the practical recommendations of the progress of national guarantee of the foreign investment and forming the favourable investing climate in mechanical engineering of Ukraine for increasing of scopes of drawing foreign investment. The methods of research - economic-statistic analyze, the valuations of experts and couple comparison of factors, the cross-correlation-regressive analyze, factor analyze. The first course the model to evaluate the influence of a certain risk factor on the amount of expected profits from the realization of the investment projects in the mechanical engineering was developed and the model for the evaluation of the influence of many risk factors on the amount of goods by mechanical engineering was defined. We improved the classification of risks of foreign investment in mechanical engineering, the methodical recommendation for valuating of factors influence in investing attractiveness of mechanical engineering on basis The method of valuating of experts with using couple comparison of factors, and also the mechanism of realizing of investment project in mechanical engineering with connecting system of national, non national guarantee and insurance of foreign investment. The research forms and methods national regulating of foreign investment in mechanical engineering and the model for the evaluation of investing attractiveness of the Ukrainian regions in mechanical engineering got the next development. The results introduced in the activity of organs of executive power, machine-building plants, the organizations of innovation-investment development, and also in the educational process. The sphere of using is management of investment processes.
