Essay

1. technology of obtaining of wearproof alumina-graphite silicon carbide containing materials. 2. development of technology of alumina-graphite silicon carbide containing refractories for steelcasting nozzles produced with use of complex antioxidant and ethylsilicate binding, with effective protective action from oxidation and slag corrosion. 3 properties have been determined according to the requirements of GOST currently in force. Structure and phase composition of materials have been defined with the help of X-ray, petrographic, elecrtonic-microscopic analyses. 4. materials of Al2O3 - SiC - C composition received by a method of dry pressing with introduction of antioxidant additives and ethylsilicate hydrolyzates have been developed and investigated. The value of green density and strength at compression of samples of optimum composition reach accordingly 2,77 g/sm3 and 132 МPа. The corrosion resistance of Al2O3 - SiC - C materials has been determined. Phase composition and structure of refractoryhave been investigated. 5. development of alumina-graphite silicon carbide containing materials and providing of their high resistance to oxidation owing to introduction of complex antioxidant together with ethylsilicate hydrolyzate, and also formation of material with dense structure and given phase composition by regulation of quantity of the modifying additives. 6. an experimental set of steelpouring nozzles has been made at opened joint-stock company "Kondratyevsky refractory plant" (Druzhkovka). 7. metallurgy.
