Processes and functions of management of innovative development of industrial enterprises are exposed, as categories of government control of economy; world experience of management of innovative development of enterprises on the basis of project management is generalized; pre-conditions of creation of the system of control of innovative development of enterprises of light industry of Ukraine are grounded. The estimation of development of technoparks, technopolises and scientific centers is carried out; the dynamics of scientific and technical development of enterprises of light industry of Ukraine and results of analysis of world experience of innovation management and technologies is exposed.
