Essay

The chemical modification of a polyurethane matrix with copolymer N-vinyl pyrrolidone and vinyl alcohol has been effected and new biocompatible hydrophilic block polyurethane as a polymeric carrier of medicinal substances. Immobilization of antiphlogistic medication amizonum was realized by means of chemical and physical bonds. The new hydrophilic polyurethane compositions are created by means of modification of the polymeric matrix with polyvinyl pyrrolidone and anti-narcotic medication antaxon.
