Object of the study: psychopathological disorders as conse-quences of sexual violence. Purpose of the study: on the basis of a systemic approach to the study of psychopathology in women, subjected to sexual violence at the age of childhood or adolescence, to work out a system for its psychotherapeutic correction. Methods of the investigation: clinical, pathopsychological ones, psychodiagnostic methods for studying the personality; sys-temic systemic-structural analysis of the sexual health; sociological questioning; methods of mathematic statistics. Theoretical and practical results: significant for the clinical practice is the revealing of the character accentuations, which play their part in the development of the situation of violence. Practically important is the isolation of clinical forms of sexual dysadaptation and primary sexual disorders and their manifestations as criteria for differential diagnosis, thereby making it possible to choose differentiated medical programmes. Novelty: for the first time, on the basis of a systemic approach to the study of psychopathological disorders, which develop after sexual violence, disorders of the mental and sexual health in its victims were revealed. Their relationship with the psychic trauma, caused by rape, was traced. For the first time, types of character accentuations in minor victims of violence and personality peculiarities of the women, which contributed to the development of victim behaviour, were found out. The causes, mechanisms of the development and the course of different forms of sexual dysfunction and sexual dysadaptation in the women, subjected to rape at adolescent age, were shown. For the first time, on the basis of the revealed regularities, a new system was worked out for the complex psychotherapeutic correction of behaviour disorders in the adolescents, subjected to sexual violence, personality disorders and those of sexual health in women as consequences of rape. Also new is the determination of the principles and main directions in thepsychoprophylaxis of the victim behaviour formation in children and adolescents, and of psychopathological disorders in the adults subjected to sexual violence. Degree of introduction: results of the conducted researches were introduced in the practical work of the Department of Family Medical-Psychological Consulting of the Kharkiv Regional Psychoneurological Dispensary, Kharkiv section of the All-Ukrainian charitable "Foundation to Help Victims of Violence", as well as in the pedagogical process at the Department of Sexology and Medical Psychology, Psychiatrics, Psychotherapy of Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.
