Stepurina S. Formation of the mechanism of enterprise reorganization management

The object of research is a process of reorganization management of a machine-building enterprise that is in a crisis; the major objective in this work is theoretical basis and elaboration of the scientific and methodical providing in the formation of the mechanism of reorganization management at the machine-building enterprise; methods of research and apparatus are a system approach, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, methods of expert appraisals, factor analysis, the theory of fuzzy logic, methods of analysis time series, method of multicriterion choice, methods of the theory utility, graphic method; theoretical and practical results: methodical approach to the formation of the mechanism of enterprise reorganization management; methodical approach to the diagnostics of the financial state of an enterprise; methodical providing of a choice and ground of the reorganization decisions; methodical recommendations on the formation of the information space as a system of indexes in the diagnostics of the enterprise financial state; the contents of the conception «reorganization management»; the classification of reorganization measures on the base of additional suggested practically-grounded sign «a class of a crisis»; practical meaning of the obtained results show that they are used as concrete scientific and practical recommendations with the aim to reorganize national enterprises; the subject and the degree of application: all elaborations are inculcated in the practical work of the machine-building industry in Kharkiv region: OC "Turboatom", OC "Kharkiv machine-tool plant", NPF "Sintal?D"; the sphere of use: industrial activity of the machine-building enterprises, chemical and light industries.
