The thesis for getting a scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Science on speciality 05.05.11- Machines and means of mechanization of agricultural production. - Vinnytsia State Agricultural University. - Vinnytsia, 2007 The thesis deals with the problem of theoretical and experimental research of technological process intensification of anaerobic fermentation. There has been devel-oped the mathematical model of technological processes control of productivity im-provement of biogas reactors for organic waste utilization on the basis of the theory of unclear logic and linguistic variable. The vibroactivation of heat exchange has been proved to be one of the determinative factors of thermo stabilization and intensification of anaerobic processes in biogas installations in organic waste utili-zation for the purpose of their productivity improvement. There have been investigated hydrodynamic and heat exchanging peculiarities in the vibratory nonuniform viscous medium, that surround the heat exchanging surface. There have been sub-stantiated and offered efficient process flowsheets of biogas reactors with heat recovery of slime and with thermal pump. There have been offered fundamental process flow-sheets for biogas preparation for its use in the thermo technical equipment. There also have been substantiated technologies, apparatus and reagents for biogas depuration. There has been made the technical and economic assessment of the work of bioreactor with vibroactivation of heat exchange in organic waste utilization of agricultural enter-prises.
