Podolyanin I. The improvement of the work quality of haulm gatherer with the hydraulic tracking drive of haulm cutting unit.

Dissertation is devoted to the working out of researching of hydraulic track-ing drive, shifting of the haulm cutting unit, defining of its rational, technical and constructive parameters. The theoretical researches are dedicated to simulating of the hydraulic tracking drive work, shifting of haulm cutting unit in the process of beet root cutting. The choice of the efficient parameters of hydraulic tracking drive is being grounded, by the analyzing of the stability of hydraulic circuit and by researching of its fre-quency characteristics. The constructive activities, that are well-grounded by simu-lation, are worked out and pointed at the increasing of the cut precision, as well as at the maintaining of the flat cut of beet roots. The results of the experimental research have proved the effectiveness of the hydraulic tracking drive appliances, shifting of the haulm cutting unit for the in-creasing of the haulm gatherer productivity and also the decreasing of waste of raw material, owing to improving of cut precision of beet roots. The results of the research, being done, were passed over to private joint stock company "Stroyhydraulica" in Odessa, public joint stock company "Agro-mash" in Kalinovka and were used according to the plans of the enterprises as well as included into educational process as a part of the subject " Hydraulic tracking drive of the agricultural machinery."
