Essay

The dissertation is dedicated the questions of treatment of patients the locally-widespread carcinoma colli uteri by using chronomodulation approach in chemotherapy. Expedience of application of the non-traditional dose fractionating of irradiation is grounded with the use for synchronization of tumor cells with 5-fluoururacil in chronomodulation mode and indications are developed to its use. Toxicity of treatment, degree of radiation patomorphosis depending on time of delivery of radio- and chemotherapy according to electronic microscopy data and some indexes of immunological status are appraised.
