Rogalev A. Metachronic cancer of breast glands (methods of treatment, efficiency, prognosis)

Objekt- primary metachronic mamma cancer at Tis-T3no-1MO stage. AIM - to develop methods of metachronic mamma cancer complex treatment with the use of regionary intra arterial polychemotherapy. Methods - clinical, instrumental (mammography, USI, lung roentgenography, CT of abdominal cavity), morphological, immunohistochemical, statistical, including butstrip-method. Novelty-regionary intra arterial polychemiotherapy as an immediate constituent of the complex treatment has been theoretically proved,trieled and implemented for the first time. Results- extreme efficiency of the suggested method of treatment of metachronic mamma cancer has been proved.It can afford to increase the life-expectancy of such patients by 3-5 years,to drop recurrency and metastasis ablating. The results of the research have been introduced in Donetsk regional antineoplastic center, Lugansk regional oncological and Maryupol oncological dispanseris, Artyomovsk central regional hospital.
