Ischenko R. The therapy not operable cancer of mammary gland

Object: inoperable cancer of mammary gland. Aim: to work out the program of complex palliative therapy of the patients with inoperable cancer of mammary gland, which include carry out selective, intra-arterial polio chemotherapy and radiosensibilisation, which provide increasing of survival and improvement life quality of the patients. Methods: immunogistochemicals, ultrasound, roentology, radioisotopes, clinical-laboratory and statistics analyze. Innovation: was offered the program of complex palliative chemic- hormone- ray therapy of the patients with primary inoperable forms of cancer of mammary gland, who has contraindication to radical operable therapy; was learned nearest and remote results of palliative complex therapy of the patients and medicamental toxicity by systematical and intra-arterial variants of introduction chemical preparations in dependence of the variants of the therapy, which was provided; was research the life quality of the patients by systematical and intra-arterialvariants of introduction chemical preparations. Results: worked out method of complex palliative therapy of the patients with primary inoperable forms of cancer of mammary gland allows to essentially improve life quality and increase of survival of the patients; inculcating of worked out regimen of ray therapy in combination with selective intra-arterial polio chemotherapy allows to increase their effectiveness. Was inculcated in practice of the Oncology institute of Academy Medical Science of Ukraine, Donetsk regional antineoplastic centre, Mariupol, Gorlovka and Kramatorsk citi oncology dispensary.
