Yefimenko Т. Substantiation of measures for improving the health status of children in Kharkov region in the routine work of general practitioner / family doctor

The thesis considers a medical problem of state importance, namely improving the health status of children under treatment conditions provided by a physician who specializes in general practice and family medicine. New data that define dynamics of health status of children in Kharkov region in the course of family medicine practice being introduced were obtained. Some factors that exercise negative influence of family medicine development were determined. The dynamics of availability of primary medico-sanitary aid in the course of family medicine introduction was studied. Investigation prophylactic medical examination of the institutions of general practice / family medicine of various types was performed. There was determined the attitude of people of large and medical staff to the most urgent problems of family medicine. There were worked out recommendations on methods of preserving and improving health status of children in the routine work of general practitioner / family doctor.
