The dissertation is complex analysis of Commercial Law terminological system in modern English: the terminological system of Commercial Law is singled out in the structure of Common Law. Commercial Law terms are distributed into groups, systemic and asystemic characteristics of Commercial Law terms are explored. The conceptual script "commerce" is introduced with the selection and description of its direct constituents. Commercial Law terms in fiction and scientific discourses are analysed.
